Wellbeing

Mental health and well-being is a huge priority at EUTC. We strive to create a safe and well-coming environment for everyone. Sport provides a unique opportunity to socialise and feel part of a team- even just being around others is proven to have a hugely positive affect on your mental health.

Our club has a strong focus on wellbeing and throughout the year we strive to de-stigmatise and educate on mental health.

Wellbeing Form

University can be stressful but don’t ever feel like you have to face it alone! Our Community and Well-Being Officer Chloe is here to listen to whatever you have to say, no matter how big or small the issue may be, or even if you just want a good old vent!

Our wellbeing form is part of an effort to make accessing support and voicing concerns more accessible. Submissions will only be seen by our Community and Well-Being Officer and will allow them to guide you to the most useful and relevant resources.

You can also contact the Community and Well-Being Officer directly on trampoline.wellbeing@ed.ac.uk.

Wellbeing Resources

The file below contains lots of different options, including online help guides, apps, and access to CBT, to help support your mental health and wellbeing while at university.

From mental health to general uni advice, our Welfare Resource pack is a streamlined guide to show you what help is available, both from the uni and outside sources. It’s designed to help you find what you need, when you need it!

The Sports Union has resources available on their Wellbeing and Reporting page. You can also use this page to report any serious issues or concerns.

Full-Time on Initiations

Edinburgh University Trampoline Club wants every new and returning member to feel welcome and safe as part of our club. Initiations have no place in our inclusive sports community – everyone should feel comfortable to participate in sport at university.

We take a stance with the Sports Union and Scottish Student Sport to call #FullTimeonInitiations
